  HOW TO BOOK WITH US


  1. Select your villas and send them into the Wish List by clicking on the star icon, then order your selection as the favorite one.
  2. Complete and submit the form having previously mentioned your email, your name, phone number, number of people and confirm the dates of your stay.
  3. Upon receipt of your request GoVilla Bali check availability of the first 3 selected villas and will answer you in a few hours. You will have at 48h to confirm your booking by email and 5 business days to make the payment or deposit.
    The booking conditions may be vary according to the dates of your stay or the villa’s booking policy : deposit required start from 50% to 100% to confirmed the booking
    Cancellation Policy* :
    • More than 60 days before arrival: 50 % of total rental will be charged.
    • The other 50% has to be paid 60 days before arrival.
    • From 60 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
    * All cancellations must be notified by email and the initial deposit is non refundable.
  4. Payment :
    1. Period : 5 working days after receiving your confirmation.
    2. Payment method : via our Paypal Merchant INC, SOF authorization or bank transfer** in our registered account.
    3. Payment Received : Final confirmation of your booking. Once we received the payment, you will receive a written confirmation from GoVillaBali that the place is booked for your stay.
    ** Fees or other fees related to the transfer shall be borne by the sender.
