  Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm a reservation for a vacation rental in Bali through GoVillaBali/Pt Anugrah Dewata Agung Sejahtera, full payment is required at the time of booking. Guests are kindly requested to complete the payment process to secure their reservation through our secured payment gate called Xendit or through bank transfer.(All bank charges shall be borne by sender)

NOTE:for international transactions (outside of Indonesia), our payment gateway currently only accepts credit card payments.

For guests who prefer to arrange payment in installments or have specific payment requirements, we encourage them to contact us directly. Our team will be happy to assist with alternative payment arrangements and provide personalized support.

Please note that reservations will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment or upon receipt of deposit payment as outlined in our payment policy. Guests are advised to reach out to us with any payment-related inquiries or special requests.

At GoVillaBali/Pt Anugrah Dewata Agung Sejahtera, we follow a cancellation policy similar to Airbnb to ensure clarity and fairness. Below are the terms and conditions for cancellations:

  • Grace Period: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their booking within 48 hours of making the reservation.
  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of force majeure or documented situations such as medical emergencies or accidents, we may override the above conditions. Please contact us directly with the necessary documentation to discuss your specific case. We are flexible and happy to help to move your booking to another date or refund the amount already paid.
