Definitions

  1. This website (“GoVillaBali") is operated by GoVillaBali/Pt Anugrah Dewata Agung Sejahtera, Nomor 86.377.200.0-906.000, Address : JL. RAYA DALUNG PERUMAHAN ANDIKA GRAHA A1 NO 1, Kel. , Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung 80361, Bali
  2. The villas on the GoVillaBali Website are offered for short term furnished holiday rental from their Owner or their legal representative (the "Owner") to the renter (the "Client") under the following Terms of Use. The Client accepts and agrees to these Terms of Use and to the Villa Specific Rental Conditions when the client is making an inquiry on the GoVillaBali Website or via phone or whatsapp
  3. The GoVillaBali Website provides an online platform through which Owners can advertise their villas for reservation. By making a reservation through the Website, the Clients enters into a direct, legally binding, contractual relationship with the relevant Owner. The GoVillaBali Website acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the Owner, sending the details of the reservation to Owner and sending the Client a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Owner.

Reviews

  1. Clients' reviews may be used onto the Villa page on our website in order to inform potential future Clients of other opinions and experiences of the service level and quality of the Villa. The GoVillaBali Website reserves the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion.
  2. The reviews displayed on our website are provided by previous customers who booked through Airbnb. These reviews reflect their experiences and feedback about our villas to give the best transparent feedback, whether good or bad.

Price and payments

  1. The Client is responsible for the payments of all rental costs and for compliance with these Terms of Use.
  2. The rental prices are all in indonesian rupiah and include the following:
    • Use of a furnished and fully-equipped villa for the duration of the period specified in the confirmation voucher
    • Household linen, crockery, cutlery and electrical household appliances. All villas are privately owned, so decor, colors and inventories will of course vary.
    • Cost of water, electricity, gas (if any), air conditioning fuel (if applicable), pool maintenance (if any) and garden maintenance (if any)
    • Presence of Owner's representative on arrival and departure for transfer of keys and other formalities.
  3. Prices DO NOT include the following:
    • Cost of telephone calls,
    • Any optional services not previously specified and billed,
    • Client's travel insurance, medical insurance or personal liability insurance.
  4. The balance of the rent is payable 60 days before arrival, directly to the Website, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental condition. If full payment is not received as specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and refuse admission to the Villa.
  5. The rental prices are all Indonesian rupiah. The Client must pay all bank charges and Credit cards are accepted subject to a 3 to 5 % service charge.

Best Price Guarantee

  1. The GoVillaBali Website has direct contracts with Owners where Owners guarantee to give The Website their best prices and special offers on their Villa – thus The GoVillaBali Website can guarantee the Best Prices for the Villas. The Website does not add any service fee on top of the Villa Prices. In the unlikely case the Client finds a cheaper and valid price for the same villa at the same period, on a website duly authorized by the Owner, the Website will claim the difference for the Client from the Owner.

Cancellation

  1. Grace Period: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their booking within 48 hours of making the reservation.
  2. Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  3. No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  4. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of force majeure or documented situations such as medical emergencies or accidents, we may override the above conditions. Please contact us directly with the necessary documentation to discuss your specific case. We are flexible and happy to help to move your booking to another date or refund the amount already paid.

Conditions of stay

  1. The rental period shall commence 2.00pm on the first day and end at 11.00am on the last day of the rental period, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental conditions. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
  2. The maximum number of people residing in the Villa cannot exceed the number stated on the Villa Pages on the GoVillaBali Website without explicit permission of the Owner. The Owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their complete discretion.
  3. Upon arrival and departure of the Villa, a record of the state of repair of the Villa and its contents might be made with the Owner. If no record of the state of the Villa and its content is made, the Villa and furniture will be deemed to be in good state of use. Certain Owners ask for damage deposit as specified in the Villa Specific Rental conditions. Damage deposits are fully refundable upon departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long-distance calls charged to the villa's telephone, and no other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. The Client agrees to pay the Owner for the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of The Client's occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Villa or breakdown in the equipment, machinery or appliances in the Villa so that arrangements for repair and/or replacement can be made as soon as possible.
  4. Accommodation is provided for the sole purpose of tourism and any commercial use of the Villa is strictly forbidden. The Client certifies that he is renting the Villa for the purpose of tourism only and under no circumstances may he establish residence at that address. The Client agrees not to engage in any illegal, illicit, immoral or business-related activity within the Villa. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Villa and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The Client agrees to lock villa's windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises, and must exercise care in securing all personal property. It is forbidden to fix objects to the walls and to displace furniture and appliances. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not permitted in the Villa unless authorized in writing by the Owner or the Website. The Client must respect the rules and regulations applicable to the Villa in which his accommodation is situated: he must not be the source of excessive noise or other disruption, which might disturb neighbors, and he must respect regulations concerning the use of the communal areas of any apartment building. By prior appointment (or immediately in case of emergency), the Owner reserves the right to enter the premises at any time to ensure essential maintenance and security.

Liability

  1. Neither Owner nor the GoVillaBali Website shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with your scheduled occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, terrorism, war, inclement weather, flooding, disturbance or noise coming from outside the villas such as private or public construction, traffic, animals or neighbors. No rebate of refund will be offered in these circumstances.
  2. The GoVillaBali Website reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability, should the Villa reserved be sold or rented long-term, out of order, undergoing renovation, inadvertently double-booked, or deemed substandard by The Website for any reason. If comparable accommodations are not available, The Client will receive a complete refund of all Payments already made for the original Villa.
  3. The GoVillaBali Website assumes no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from their villa. Transportation is supplied by providers who operate independently of the Website.
  4. The Owner shall not be liable to the Client for any injury, loss of limb or life of the Client, any member of the Client's party, or any visitors of the Client to the Villa during the rental period. It is a specific condition of these Terms of Use that the Client confirms that he and all members of his party have sufficient medical insurance cover, personal injury and personal liability insurance for the duration of their stay at the Villa.
  5. The Client acknowledges that the use of the some facilities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, terraces and stairs, and of furnishings and appliances, particularly those in the kitchen and bathroom, may prove dangerous. The Client and those accompanying him are fully responsible for taking all necessary precautions before using any facility, appliance or equipment they are not familiar with. The Owner and his representative accept no responsibility to Client for any injury of whatever sort as a result of use of such facilities. It is the Client's responsibility to take all necessary precautions to avoid any accident involving himself or members of his party.
  6. Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period.
  7. Any exception to these Terms of Use granted by the GoVillaBali Website for the Client's benefit in no way modifies the present Terms of Use. Complete or partial nullity of any clause in the Terms of Use does not entail the nullity of the other Terms of Use.
  8. other interdictions:
    • Please respect the maximum capacity of the property.
    • The use of drugs is strictly prohibited
    • As we respect our environment and Bali's fresh water supply is decreasing, linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation.
    • No smoking in the bedrooms and bathrooms
    • No party/loud noise or music all day/night
    • *** FIREWORKS USE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ***
    • Break it/Pay it policy
    • Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't let unused food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and might stain the furnitures. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff will come do the chores daily but while our staff is not on site, treat our villa like if it was yours.
    • Do not climb the entrance door. If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black code box next to the entrance door.
    • Do not jump in the pool from the balcony
    • For your security, a security camera records what happens on the street. However, there is no camera inside the property

Violation

  1. Any violation of the above Terms of Use will lead to immediate termination of the rental 24 hours following a formal notice to cease such violation. In such case, the Client will be required to vacate the premises immediately and with no compensation whatsoever.

Language and Applicable law

  1. These Terms of Use are written in English. The English writing will prevail over any translation available.
