Guest access

We can arrange your airport transfer with our driver, should you be interested, at a reasonable cost.
Afterwards, everything is just walking distance :)

Guests have full private access to the property. No sharing!

Our villa manager will greet you upon your arrival if you arrive during day time. If you arrive in the evening or at night, our patrolling security guard will open the villa for you and our villa manager will greet you the next morning.

Other things to note

A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible:
* Close your doors and windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom. Although fogging treatment is taking place regularly, it is less effective during rainy season.
* Close your doors and windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our Acs are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective.

We also suggest not to use your shoes or flip flops inside the living areas and in your bedrooms as it might get dirty and uncomfortable if the floor is wet (swimming pool, rain ...), unless it feels safer to you, of course. In that case, we recommend you to use shoes/flip flops with clean soles, for your comfort.


Please note that in Bali, whilst rare and usually short, occasional blackouts or problem of water supply do happen.

Daily staff to clean the villa/make your bed

We remind you that, according to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should respect others’ property, information, and personal belongings.
* The maximum capacity of this villa is 9 people
* Any extra guest beyond the 6th is charged 20usd/day.
* pets are not allowed
* No smoking in the bedrooms and bathrooms
*As we respect our environment with Bali's fresh water supply reaching very low level especially during the dry season linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation.
* Treat our villa as if it was your home. Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day (except Sunday) but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy.

* High chair, baby cot & Extra bed available at extra charge (contact us for details)
* We have a total of 3 extra bed available, should you need any.

Very important reminder:
According to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should not disturb common spaces, treat neighbors as “front desk staff,” create a pervasive nuisance for those around them, or persistently fail to respond to neighbor or community concerns. As hosts and members of our local community, we are responsible for our guests’ behaviour towards our neighbourhood.
* No party/loud noise or music is allowed days & nights
* fireworks are strictly forbidden
* Never jump in the pool from the first floor/balcony
* Do not climb the entrance door . If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black box with a code located left of the entrance door.
In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager or the security night guard will hand you a written warning notice. In case of repeated violation, we will contact AirBnB to lodge a formal complaint, which as per Airbnb rules and policy, will most likely lead to the cancellation of the booking and immediate departure without refund
